You are Good at Things

Sometimes it's easy to get discouraged and feel like you can't do anything. Bad test score? Teacher hated your paper? Came in last place? Everyone hung out without you? Those things happen to everyone at some point, and it's no use denying that they make you feel really bad about yourself for a while. The feeling goes away eventually, but it really hurts while it's there. To all of you who have ever experienced setbacks, I give you this.

Whenever you're feeling blue, I've found that it helps to think of a list of things you're good at. It all started a couple of months ago after watching a JennaMarbles video. She talked about things she's awesome at, and it got me thinking, Hey, you are good at things!

I decided to make a list of things I'm good at to look at whenever I feel bad about myself. We all have those days, but what if we didn't have to? To give you inspiration, I'll share my list with you.
